ABOUT US

BallFitness™ is an extensively researched program of ball exercises, techniques and drills giving adults and kids a fun-filled and thoroughly energetic fitness workout, in a safe, structured group environment.

We will accomplish this by Primarily using ball games to burn calories, build muscle mass, and provide an all round fitness program that will produce great results and an even greater smile.

Soccer, handball and netball will be the most utilised games with a "BallFitness™ slant" however other games such as touch rugby and Gaelic games will be used on demand.
